we make buying a custom build simple
We recognise that building your dream bike can be a significant
investment. We have over a decade of building custom specification
bikes for clients all over the world, and our bike buying process
is streamlined to make the process both easy and enjoyable.
The process
Once you've created your build online, hit the contact us button
to submit to our sales team.
We'll then be in touch to ask for your bike fit data. If you
don't have previous bike fit data that is no problem - we can use
your current bike setup, or schedule a new bike fit and
consulation session at our Gresham Street
store.
Once your quote is finalised and we've confirmed lead time, if
you're ready to proceed we kindly ask for a deposit to confirm the
order. Any bike fit cost is credited against the purchase (the bike
fit works out free!). We can also accept cycle to work
vouchers.
Our hard-working and skilled procurement and workshop team will
assemble your new bike to your exact specificiation, and ensure
your measurements are pre-set. We'll keep you updated throughout
the process so you can follow your new bike's journey.
Once the bike is finished, you can collect from our store
including free handover bike fit, or if you're not local we can
deliver to your new bike to your home, fully assembled with your
fit data pre-set, ready to ride (via Forklift
bike, £120 flat UK fee).
