Our new flagship store is now open at Canary Wharf. Situated in the brand new Crossrail mall, already iconic and dubbed 'the Ark', we are on Level Minus Two, sharing our floor with Everyman Cinema and the spin studio Psycle.

We have three fit studios, which will also double as treatment rooms, which are housed in glass fronted cabins along the south wall of the space. Each studio has three walls of classic cycling landscape photography courtesy of the Grubers and printed and installed by our friends at Drops. Each studio is fully equipped to get you best possible fit using our Bespoke 4D Fit system, incorporating 3D motion capture using the Retul system as well as our own proprietary software.

Our mechanics take up residency at the back of the store with a brand new Park Tools equipped workshop with full customer visibility.

Elsewhere in the store we have a lightweight bike display area, highlighting a selection of bikes aimed at Col conquering, and a further display area spotlighting endurance bikes, an area themed with the iconic Flandrian cobbles of the Koppenberg as it's backdrop. Other bikes are displayed on plinths, such as S-Works and a Cannondale Black Inc display. We'll be adding to our bike displays in the coming weeks.

We currently have three wheel displays, with ranges from Bontrager, ENVE and Zipp, with more brands available.

The new store really allows us to present clothing to it's best advantage and our pro stores from Assos and Castelli and matched with ranges from POC and 2XU. Again, look out for more brands in the coming weeks, including our own Bespoke x Pactimo kit and Bespoke accessories.

We have a full custom footbed set up from Sidas, allowing for custom moulding in store, ensuring you get perfect fit and unrivalled comfort. Our shoe offering currently includes, Specialized, Bontrager, Bont and Fizik.

We are quickly and easily accessible by the Jubilee Line and the DLR, and the Crossrail Mall is well signposted around Canary Wharf. It's opposite the Poplar DLR station and just to the north of the Bank Of America and KPMG buildings.

We are open from Monday to Wednesday from 09:00 - 19:00, Thursday and Friday from 09:00 - 20:00, Saturday 10:00 - 18:00. We are closed on Sundays but on Bank Holidays we are open from 11:00 - 18:00.
