Parlee Z-Zero Disc, Lightweight Meilenstein C 24D

Overview

Some say that carbon fibre bikes lack soul. That's until they first see a Parlee Z-Zero in waxed bare carbon finish. Individually handmade in the USA by the undisputed kings of carbon, using a very modern spin on lugged construction to give seamless joins, light weight and strength combined.

Just take a look at this stunning example, rolling on Lightweight Meilenstein C 24D carbon wheels - precision made in Germany and with the carbon weave proudly on display. These weigh just 650g front/730g rear even in Disc clincher configuration as seen here.

24mm wide rims give a sensible, up-to-date amount of air volume (mated here to GP4000S IIs in 25mm width, they'll take up to a 32mm tyre). They're superbly made, and ridiculously light for a deep section wheel.

The rest of the build keeps up the carbon theme, with Parlee's own contact points, and a Bontrager Serano saddle (with carbon rails and carbon reinforced shell).

Shimano's ultra-reliable Dura-Ace Di2 disc groupset rounds out the build - right at the cutting edge of performance but as close to "fit and forget" as any groupset can be.

Of course everything has been carefully selected to ensure the perfect fit. Fancy building a dream bike of your own? Give us a shout.
