We work on the best bikes in the world on a daily basis, and are happy to service any bike brand whether purchased from ourselves or not.

We take great pride in our workshop and quality of work, from the communication with you throughout the service, to ensuring we have the best knowledge, tooling and products to carry out work on your bike.

Your service will be completed by a named individual in the workshop, who will be available for direct contact should you have any queries during or after the service. We'll send you picture and video updates so you can follow the progress and confirm sign off any replacement parts.

Early morning, late evening and Saturday drop offs are available to fit around your schedule. Should it be difficult to bring your bike to Central London, we can arrange a pick-up / drop-off service to collect the bike from your home or work.

Premium Full service

Our premium service is a meticulous strip-down of your bike, followed by a thorough ultrasonic clean and a highly detailed and attentive rebuild.

Initially after drop-off, you will recieve a detailed breakdown of the repairs required and a quote for any work.

If approved, the mechanic will begin by removing all components from the bike, including wheels, fork, headset, bottom bracket and brake calipers.

We use an ultrasonic bath to clean and degrease the drivetrain components, and then begin rebuilding your bike including servicing the bearings, bleeding and aligning the brake system, adjusting gear indexing, measuring spoke tension / wheel truness, and replacing any worn parts along the way.

Immersive hot melt chain wax is included as standard, and we apply a 1-year protective ceramic coat to all full service bikes.

We will keep you updated throughout via Whatsapp / email, and offer a convenient online payment prior to collection.

Specific repairs

Do you need an specific adjustment, or a tune up before an event? We are happy to quote you for an individual job.

We complete all jobs from Di2 diagnostics, brake bleeds, building boxed / online purchased bikes and more.

Our workshop is fully stocked with the tooling required to work on high-spec bikes, and our mechanics are experienced and highly skilled so you can have confidence in our work.

Hourly rate is charged to the nearest 15 minutes.

Carbon Bike Repair Referral

After referral from Carbon Bike Repair in Leatherhead, we can take delivery / drop off of your bike at our Central London studio ahead of it's repair with CBR.

We will strip down your frame and handle the logisitics of sending to and receiving back from CBR. We'll store your parts for the duration, and once the frame is repaired, we will complete a full rebuild of your bike.

Carbon Inspection

As a trusted partner of Carbon Bike Repair, we investigate damages, check for stress and compression trauma, and will advise you on treatment of abrasion marks and paint chips.

For this service, we start by completely stripping your bike and cleaning its parts preparing them for inspection. Then, using digital imaging tools and benefiting from over a decade's worth of experience, we inspect your bike for damage and can advise whether it is safe to keep riding, or arrange for the frame / fork to be repaired.
