New Carbon Wheels from Bontrager
It's been a great year so far for new wheel launches, with a comprehensive array of new options from a number of leading manufacturers.
Bontrager have been equally busy, and now they bring us a thoroughly revamped range of Aeolus carbon wheelsets, covering a wide range of pricepoints from flagship ultralight to remarkably good value all-rounders.
The RSL 37 in particular are a stand-out. Superlight but with a sensible aero profile for all-round use. The new range are all tubeless ready, and feature Trek's limited lifetime warranty and the added protection of their brilliant Carbon Care (if you damage your carbon wheel within the first two years of ownership, Trek will repair or replace it free of charge).

Aeolus RSL 37
Bontrager's Aeolus RSL 37 features an all-new rim shape with a 37 mm depth. It offers a combination of weight, speed and stability, making it the ultimate race wheel. It's a direct replacement for the XXX2, and it's an upgrade in every way.
It's lighter - way lighter, in fact, at 1325 g/set. Aeolus RSL 37 is also faster, can be set up tubeless with both rim strips or tape, and rolls on DT Swiss 240 internals with the all-new Ratchet EXP freehub.
These will be popular race wheels for any bike, but in particular they make a superb pairing with the new Émonda.

Aeolus Pro 37
With the same all-new rim shape and design as the flagship RSL 37, the Aeolus Pro 37 bring the latest tech, speed and weight to a Pro-level price point. This lighter (1505 g/set), faster design is a direct replacement for the Aeolus Pro 3 and adds the performance of DT Swiss 350 hubs and a 21mm inner width.
