As COVID restrictions start to lift our main priority remains the safety of our customers and colleagues.

Our team have remained busy building and shipping new bikes and supporting our customers via phone and email throughout the current situation. We're conducting a phased reopening of our services, with New Bike Fits and Bike Servicing now available at Bespoke Gresham Street.

We have implemented a number of protocols to ensure that conditions are safe for everyone, including distancing within the store, regular sanitising, and provision of protective gloves/masks where required.

Due to exceptional demand and the time and space limitations imposed by safety protocols we are currently only offering our workshop/servicing facilities to existing Bespoke customers.

Currently we are offering New Bike Fits (on our Retül jig) only - we are not able to offer a fit service on your existing bike. However, we are constantly evaluating the situation, and working towards resuming our full range of bike fit options as soon as possible.
